ezapply is operated by Viral Group LLC.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ezapply.io ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ezapply.io is an AI-powered resume tailoring service. We help job seekers improve their resumes by analyzing job descriptions and rewriting resume content to better match the requirements of specific roles. The Service uses large language models to generate suggestions and improvements.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use most features of the Service. You may sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not use the Service if you are under 13 years of age.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Attempt to reverse engineer or scrape the Service
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
5. AI-Generated Content
The resume improvements generated by our Service are produced by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational and assistive purposes only. You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before using it in any job application.
We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or free from errors. You should always verify that the content accurately reflects your own experience, skills, and qualifications. Submitting inaccurate information in job applications may have serious consequences.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to paid features until then.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
7. Refunds
We do not offer refunds for partial months of service. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at
support@ezapply.io within 14 days of the charge.
8. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all resume content and personal information you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process and store that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
The Service, including its design, code, and AI models, is owned by Viral Group LLC (operating as ezapply) and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our
Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular job application outcome will result from using the Service.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viral Group LLC (operating as ezapply) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
